Leslie Spracklin, a 16-year-old 16-year-old 16-year-old 16-year-old 16-year-old Windsor Windsor bov. who is spending his holidays in Amherstburg, rescued from drowning drowning E. R. Buggies, of Sandusky, O., who was bathing in the Detroit river. Rugglc-s Rugglc-s Rugglc-s jumped off a yacht and his strength gave out before he could reach land. Young Spracklin noticed the man's struggle for life and hastily hastily jumping into a rowboat, he succeeded succeeded in reaching and pulling him out of tho water. This is tho third time Spracklin has rendered aid to drowning drowning people.
