During his years public servIce, Mr. Levy was a member of the Alger County Road Commission, city commissioner of public works and utilities, city commissioner of records and finance, and superintendent of streets. Illness forced him to retire from public office two years ago. He invented and patented the "Levy" plow 12 years ago.
