Mrs. Walter E. Beardslee of East Lansing is revealing the fall wedding plans of her daughter. After Bethany was graduated from: Michigan State College and began studying at Julliard in New York City, she sang compositions of Rene Liebowitz of France.

Romance Blooms MONSIEUR LIEBOWITZ came to New York, bringing with him his student, Jacques. Jacques invited Bethany to sing his compositions at the International Composers League con cert. Romance and music swelled together. This summer Bethany was Invited by Jacques' parents, Dr. and Madame Pierre Monod, of Asnieres Seine, France, to be their house guest.

Jacques will accompany Bethany home In October, aftei which they will be married. Two Hours of Fashions FEMININE Lansing will be treated to a two-hour fashion show Wednesday evening all the idea of the auxiliary to Edward W. Sparrow Hospital. The latest in fashions and accessories will be presented by auxiliary and professional models. J.

St. John's Church In Cold Spring Harbor, L. I. was the setting for the wedding yesterday afternoon of Grace Van Braam Roberts Denby, daughter of Mrs. William Denby, of Huntington, L.

and the late Dr. Denby, to Francis Trego Montgomery Loud, son of Mrs. George Brewster Loud, of Oscoda, and the late Mr. Loud. Given in marriage by her brother, Charles W.

D. Denby, the bride wore an ivory satin gown with a deep bertha and cuffs of heirloom rosepoint and duchesse lace. Her tulle veil was attached to a cap of the same lace. She carried a bouquet of white roses and bouvardia. Has Nine Attendants MRS.

Genn household is bursting with news these days. Jerry Genn arrived a short time ago from a two-year stay in Lagoes, Nigeria, In West Africa, and already plans are completed for his marriage on Oct. 13 down East. Nancy Marie Buhrer, of Harrington Park, N. will be his bride.

She is the daughter of the Paul Merle Buhrers. They will be married at 3:30 o'clock in the Presbyterian Church at Tenafly, N. J. Patsy Buhrer will be her sister's maid of honor and Jerry's father will be his best man. John Genn, now in the United States Coast Guard at New London, will go down to New Jersey to be one of the ushers.

Mr. and Mrs. Genn are leaving on Saturday for the East and will stay in New York. Air Force Visitor LT. JAMES BROCKMEYER arrived Thursday on leave from the Air Force to visit his uncle and aunt, Mr.

and Mrs. John H. Wood. He has been In Korea flying on the Dawn Patrol for a year. Mr.

and Mrs. Wood entertained for him In their home Saturday evening. The Woods returned Just last week from a two-months motor trip on the Continent, and Joyce Woold left last Saturday for Indiana University. Mrs. Robert Lee Graham has finally returned from the North-port Point summer home of her parents, the Clarence E.

Otters. She has been there since early July. Young Julie Otter, who is back at Briarcliff, received news just before she left that she had been accepted at Vassar for the fall term next year. Mary and Anne Thorn, twin daughters of Mr. and Mrs.

Edgar R. Thorn, have gone back to college, Mary to Smith and Anne to Vassar. Before they left they were hostesses at a luncheon at the Bloomfield Hills Country Club. Mrs. Palmer Bradfleld has Invited a group of her friends for luncheon on Wednesday.

Mrs. Fred Raeder was hostess at an informal luncheon in her home on Wednesday afternoon. Sun Smiles THE WEATHER was kind to members of the Bloomfield Unit of the Women's National Farm and Garden Club on Monday. Mrs. Howard Flint opened her home for a basket fair, and guests were able to take their basket luncheons out on the lawn.

Funds raised will be used to establish flower beds at the Bloomfield Hills School grounds in memory of past members. Assisting Mrs. Flint was her daughter in law, Mrs. Edgar Flint. Mrs.

The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. John D. McDaniels, of Ward Ave, asked Donald T. Brockman to serve as his best man.

Guests were seated by James W. McDaniels, brother of the groom, and Donald McLean.
