Munshaw caused their release when his motion to nolle prosse the stnt-utory charjre preferred against the rouple by Thomas Bolton, husband of the woman respondent was granted by Superior Judge Leonard i. Verdler. Neither Mrs. Burwell vor Bolton desired to press the race. The rouple left Grand Raplda more than two weeks ago when Mrs. Bolton, according to Burwell, expressed her affection for him. At liayton, Ohio, where Burwell was caring for Mrs. Bolton, who was 111. the couple wss arrested. They were returned hers a week ago today. Though both admitted their guilt of the charge, each contended the offense was committed In Ohio and consequently Judge Verdler declared they were not within the Jurisdiction of his court.
